Custom Orders
All customised jewellery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes pieces with personalized engravings, special sizing, name jewellery, or any design made to customer specifications.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or offer a suitable resolution.
Size Issues
Please ensure your sizing is accurate before placing an order. We do not offer returns for size errors made during order placement. However, we may offer resizing services at an additional cost depending on the design.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, work may have started on your piece, making cancellations impossible.
